I respect your privacy — always have, always will. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

1) What we collect:

• Contact info you give us (name, email, phone) when you email, fill a form, or order a product or service.
• Order details (what you bought, time/date, basic payment metadata from our processor — we never see your full card number).
• Résumé/attachments you send for critique or rewrite.
• Basic analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location) so we can keep the site running smoothly. This is aggregate data — not your private business.

2) How we use it:

• To reply to you and deliver what you asked for (book, critique, rewrite).
• To process orders securely through our payment processor.
• To improve the site and services (what pages folks read, what they skip).
• If you opt in, to send updates or tips. You can opt out anytime — just tell me.

3) What we do not do:

• We do not sell or rent your personal data.
• We don’t share your résumé or details outside our small team unless you ask us to (for example, if you request we forward it to a company).

4) Who may process your data (limited, service-only):

• Payment processor (for secure checkout).
• Email service (to send receipts or updates you request).
• Analytics (to understand site traffic). They only get what’s needed to provide their service — nothing more.

5) Security:
We take reasonable steps to protect your information (encrypted transport, limited access). No website is 100% bulletproof, but if there’s ever a concern, I’ll address it fast and straight.

6) Your choices:

• Access / correct / delete: Email me and I’ll help.
• Opt out of emails: Tell me and I’ll remove you.
• Send by mail: If you’d rather not use the web, you can reach us at the address below.

7) Kids:
Our content and services are for adults looking for work. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8) International visitors:
If you visit from outside the U.S., your info is processed in the U.S. By using the site, you agree to that.

9) Changes to this policy:
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new date at the top. Continue using the site after an update signifies you accept the new terms.
