is FREE.

In order to be made
ACTIVE you must have a resumé or CV on file with us. If you
don't have one, get one. You cannot go to work without your hard
hat, steel toe boots, etc., and you cannot do an online job search without a resumé or
CV.

If you register and
don't have one posted, you will be put on HOLD until you provide
us with what we have asked for. This is not an unreasonable
request.

You will stay on
HOLD until you post a resumé or CV. Any search engine will yield dozens of sites
offering free resumé or CV writing advice. There is no
excuse for not having one.

We
will do what we can to motivate you. We will annoy you with letters telling you
to either post what we have requested or ask to be deleted.
We are not you mama.

When it becomes apparent
you are doing nothing to help yourself, we will remove
your contact details from our files to make room for people
who actually care.
Once made ACTIVE, you
will be available for employer searches. There are currently 252 employers
/ agencies / recruiters who use this site seeking entry level applicants and experienced personnel
alike.
Once you become ACTIVE, you can do one
of two things:

Lay back and wait for employers
to contact you (this does not show much initiative).

Take
a really pro active approach and
immediately contact hiring
recruiters personally and directly.
